Permission Based Features

For some of the advanced features like agent and campaigns, can their availability be turned off by their member level. Creating an agent is pretty advanced for a base user that’s only sending/receiving messages and additionally our legal department doesn’t want them to have access as AI is involved and avoiding private company information getting fed into it.

Request to join Clerk Team email notifications

We receive a number of requests in our company to join the Clerk environment for our team. Our process does not allow users to request this access. They are allowed access through our ticket system. It would be great if we could turn this request off for our organization or send a custom message to the user stating the correct process for our organization.
