It would be ideal if Customers (Workspace Owners/Admins) who have purchased Clerk through Partners, could manage their end users through the Settings/Members Page. Clerk would only need to keep a track of how many Licenses a customer had purchased and then let the Customer Admin/Workspace Owner do any MACD operations up to the point they run out of purchased licenses. At that point the ability to make Adds can be removed (although change/deletes still available).

The new Campaign feature is impressive, but I’ve encountered a few challenges while using it. I believe that with some additional functionalities, this feature could be even more powerful. Feature Enhancement Suggestions for Clark Chat Campaigns

Before this latest update I was able to send a campaign message to multiple lists. This latest update only allows for one list to be sent at a time with a campaign message. It would be nice if the new update allowed for multiple lists to be sent at once with a campaign message because I have 30 different lists.

When in a list and editing its filter, it gives the ability to update a saved list when you add a new field to the filter but not make a new list. So when putting together numerous saved filters/lists you have to start from scratch every time, closing it, going to contacts and then adding the same fields each time.

Hi, It would be great to add an update to the assign team members function. Each time a team member is added to a conversation, their picture or logo appears somewhere around the pictures listed below. This will give us clear insight onto who is handling this client without having to click into the assign menu. Also, the activity notifications each time someone is assigned could be better. Right now, when the customer or recipient texts ‘stop’, their contact is automatically set as opt-ed out/unsubscribed from any future messages within the system. However, from the customer’s point of view, there is no confirmation message that their stop message was received, nor any instructions on how to resubscribe or start again. Can there be a (ideally custom) message included that confirms their number has been unsubscribed from all future messages, and if they wish to resume, they can text ‘start’ to opt back in again?

Can we please have normal sign-in like every other business web app? Passkeys would be amazing also, but for now I would happily settle for just a regular password so I can sign in quickly.
