Inbox Conversion Tool / API - Momentum Telecom

Requesting a tool either in the partner GUI or through API to move inboxes between teams under a partner tenant while retaining their conversation history. This has been performed via support manually but we are looking to automate this to enable upgrading (or in some cases downgrading) from the growth plan to the ultimate plan more seemless. If a discussion is needed happy to get development resources together to lay out requirements and come to a solution.

Make the background theme aligning to the embedded app

Teams client has a dark theme. When add the clerk chat to Teams, I don’t find a way to deploy dark mode. But the better way is to automatically align to the hosted client.

Notifications

It would be nice if we could see the New message red indicator dot on the Clerk Chat icon instead of lumped with all other Microsoft Teams activity under the Activity icon (on the side bar)

Hiding Chat from admins

We should be able to hide a user’s (or all users’) text from admins. A way to expose them for troubleshooting purposes is good, but it’s invasive to have them always visible.

Overbilling

We are being overbilled. The old subscription that was to be cancelled was not cancelled when we signed the contract. Now, we’ve been billed for a full year on top of the extra month’s billings - we’ve already paid the contract billing.

We want the ability to be able to restrict the use of the campaigns feature based on user role.

Read-only admin access

Would be nice to have a way to have read-only admin partner access for certain support personnel can view the customers, see end users for customers, see that they need to register for example but can't change anything that would be a billable change?

Ability to delete or cancel a message scheduled to send at a future time

We can edit these messages but cannot delete or cancel. Please make this possible for unsent messages scheduled to be sent at a future time. Sometimes things change and we need to just cancel it.

Exporting Contacts - I never get the email with a csv file

I love how it says click here to be contacted by the team for this integration and there is no follow up, now I click to export contacts and nothing happens no emails are being sent out with data? Please advise

Ability to change the Clerk SMS icon

It would be helpful if we could change the Clerk SMS icon, or at least the Clerk SMS label below the icon. This would allow us to change it to something more intuitive to end users within our organization or any other organization.
