The ability to assign a message from the shared sms box

We would like the ability to have a few people on a shared sms phone. Work as dispatchers, allowing them to assign a message for follow-up to another team member who has access to the queue. We would like them to only receive notifications on the messages that they have been tagged to follow up on.

    Hello, you can assign team members to the conversations using the assign button at the top of each conversation.
