For Micro and Small business who leverage Social for marketing and customer engagement, integrating social media messaging into Clerk Chat would create a more comprehensive messaging management desktop and allow business to more quickly determine social media sentiment and to respond accordingly. As a next layer to this, some level of social media sentiment scoring and alerting would be profoundly impactful to business customers.

Hello, it would be great If we had the ability to rearrange the order of our templates. I'm thinking like a sort option, Or a drag and drop option, or both. Right now the only way to have them sorted is by order of creation.

Have the option to mass update contacts through a CSV import. You would need to specify a unique key field (such as an id field from a database or an email address). Then you can map the fields from the CSV file to the contact’s field for updating.

This has come from a number of our MSP partners. They love Automations and are looking for a simple “Automation Builder” for their customers to address a number of simple, canned Automations (ex. Out of office). The “builder” would help a customer simply walk through the steps to create an automation; it would ask specific questions like office hours, address, etc and create the Automation on behalf of the customer based on the customers answers.

In <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="http://Clerk.Chat">Clerk.Chat</a>, when I create a filter and save it as a Cohort, the Cohort correctly displays the number of contacts (e.g., 35 in my case). However, after clicking into the Cohort to view these contacts and selecting one, the contact’s information shows up on the right, but I am taken out of the Cohort view and back to the "All Contacts" page.To view the next contact within the Cohort, I have to navigate back to the Cohorts section, reselect the Cohort, and find the next contact. This disrupts the workflow and adds unnecessary steps.It would be helpful if I could remain within the Cohort view while navigating between contacts, allowing for easier management and review without leaving the Cohort.

I’d like the ability to use an external source of emails to determine who is assigned to what number in Clerk. My use case for this is shared lines. We update Microsoft 365 Group membership to change who has access to call queues and I’d to use that same 365 group to change the texting side of that resource account as well. This would cut down on administrative time working within Clerk and put the control in department or call queue administrators hands.

Our team created company-level workflows that are assigned to individual users. It would be nice to be able to share the definition of the workflow with another user. If the person who originally created the workflow is out or no longer with the company, it can be adjusted or assignments can be handled by another user

When viewing "All Contacts" or contacts within a Cohort, the only columns displayed are "Name," "Phone Number," and "Email." I would like to request the ability to add additional custom columns and have the option to sort the view by any of the added columns.

Currently analytics are only available with the Clerk Chat App, is it possible to improved the analytics features forward by being able to generate reports that can be exported out and maybe even better schedule the reports to be exported out.

Workflows should be expanded to include triggers for when contacts are created. This would pair well with the widget and any outside contact data collection and allow for follow up messages and cohort sorting.

Before this latest update I was able to send a campaign message to multiple lists. This latest update only allows for one list to be sent at a time with a campaign message. It would be nice if the new update allowed for multiple lists to be sent at once with a campaign message because I have 30 different lists.

Currently, we can disable users from adding accounts to our Clerk Subscription without an invitation, but users can still user their corporate email address to create new accounts with Clerk. This can cause confusion and result in the creation of multiple subscriptions across a company. It is easy to do by just going to <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="http://app.clerk.chat">app.clerk.chat</a> and clicking continue with Microsoft. The user is immediately logged in and a new account is created. We would like it so that if a domain is registered with Clerk, no new subscriptions can be created using that domain except through the console and via invitation.

When importing data through a CSV file to create a contact. It would be nice to have the option to mass assign all the users to a cohort of your choosing. Workaround currently is to import a custom field for the contact you can filter by&nbsp;to assign a cohort after.

Hello,I am reaching out at the request of Igor Boshoer. I am looking for a way to integrate Clerk Chat into Monday.com. In order to do this effectively, I need a way to not only send SMS and update contacts (which is already in the API), but also to fetch messages (both sent and received) from my phone. A web hook that can be configured to run whenever either a message is sent or received would be, in my opinion, the best solution. However, a simple API to fetch the messages so that they can be stored in the CRM would also be ok (at least in the short term). The goal here is to make sure that messages sent and received are able to be logged alongside the customer/client data in Monday. If y’all could get this together, I would be happy to work with you as I create the integration into my board. Then you would be able to have that information to broadcast to your potential and active customers that you can integrate with Monday.Thanks!

It would be nice if there was a feature that made it easy to block unwanted messages from numbers that refuse to stop texting our store. We use Clerk SMS for business purposes and we are getting spammed to high heavens from several people. Replying with STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE isn’t enough. I want to BLOCK these numbers.

For shared inboxes, we should add the ability to clear the notification of an inbox org wide when someone reads the text message vs just clearing it for the individual who reads the message.

It’s a bit challenging tracking open items without a specific ticket number, as it makes it harder to follow up and ensure nothing get is getting missed. Additionally, when asked to provide feedback, it’s unclear which ticket I’m rating…including ticket numbers on the request as well as brief summary or subject line would help me be able to provide more meaningful feedback.
