Our team created company-level workflows that are assigned to individual users. It would be nice to be able to share the definition of the workflow with another user. If the person who originally created the workflow is out or no longer with the company, it can be adjusted or assignments can be handled by another user

    I wanted to add the on top the idea to breakdown workflow into different levels, it would be nice for the highest levels users to have the ability to overwrite the workflow (modify and delete), example : Owner or admin level right can delete the workflow created by the user level.

    Additionally, our SP partners would like the ability to create workflows that they share with (potentially sell to) their small business customers.

    Expanding on this idea. It would be great for to be able to administrate workflows with different access levels like owner, admin, or user. This would allow us to create workflows, share that with a defined power user that can manage any tweaks, and then provide that to a set of users to utilize or access.
