API access to adjust who is assigned to what number

I’d like the ability to use an external source of emails to determine who is assigned to what number in Clerk.

My use case for this is shared lines. We update Microsoft 365 Group membership to change who has access to call queues and I’d to use that same 365 group to change the texting side of that resource account as well. This would cut down on administrative time working within Clerk and put the control in department or call queue administrators hands.
