Salesforce app, AI agent hours, call-specific threads, and contact exports

The Salesforce app is live: Check out our native widget inside Salesforce. It opens up a messaging panel where you can write and send a message directly from Salesforce. Find us in the Salesforce AppExchange and learn more here.

Manage your AI Agent’s availability: Set "Out of Office Hours" using natural language. This powerful new feature, found in the Agents section, lets you describe your hours (for example, "Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm") and the AI will automatically populate your schedule. It's an intuitive way to ensure your AI agent is running at the exact times you want.


Create dedicated discussions on calls: This new feature allows you to open a thread on any call in a conversation, so you can have a related discussion without cluttering the main chat.


Contact exports now include all property values: Select and export a contact from the Contacts page, and the CSV file you receive via email will contain all property values from that contact's card.
