Last week we rolled out some powerful new features:

• Enhanced Call Recording & Summaries: New calls are instantly added to your conversation. If recording is enabled for an inbox, you have the flexibility to stop an in-progress recording. Once the call ends, the conversation will automatically update to show the recording and a transcript (if available).

• AI Agents Search: There's now a search bar in the "Agents" section. This lets you quickly find any created agent by keyword, so you can easily assign it to an inbox, remove it, or make edits without endless scrolling.

• HubSpot Bi-Directional Activity Logs: For our HubSpot users, we've launched HubSpot Bi-Directional SMS Activity Logs! You can now view messages sent in Clerk Chat directly on the Timeline for each contact within HubSpot.
