Salesforce and dynamic lists: Directly fetch contacts from Salesforce without importing them into Clerk Chat first. Here's how it works:
Create a dynamic list and add your filters (like company, lead status, or location). If Clerk Chat finds any contacts in Salesforce that match your criteria, it will instantly create the list for you, even if they aren't synced to your database yet!
This update is especially powerful for teams that need to act fast on a dynamic set of contacts.
HubSpot Sync: In addition to contact syncing, your communication from Clerk Chat gets logged directly in HubSpot!
SMS & Call Logs: Every SMS message and call log from Clerk Chat is automatically logged on the HubSpot contact's activity feed.
Complete History: You'll see the phone number (from/to) and the content of the message, giving you a complete communication history in one place.
This upgrade gives you and your team a unified and complete view of every customer conversation, with consistent data across both platforms.
