Can we turn off emojis?

In my clinic, whenever we try to type a time, because of the auto-emoji feature, it will turn times into an emoji. For instance, if I say, “Would you like to book 4:00 or 5:00?” It automatically erases everything between the colon marks. This is proving to make messaging our patients difficult
