Opt-Out List
The first list you’ll see when you navigate to Lists in the sidebar. This list contains all contacts who have explicitly opted out of receiving communications from your organization.

What you can do in the Opt-Out List
View all opted-out contacts: The Opt-Out List is a static list that automatically includes any contact who has opted out.
Search within the list: Use the search bar to quickly confirm whether a specific contact is opted out.
Download the list: You can download a CSV file of the list for your records or other compliance needs.
Remove a contact (when appropriate):
If you click into the list, you’ll see an X next to each contact. You can remove a contact from the Opt-Out List only if:They were added by mistake, or
You have explicit permission from the contact to resume messaging.
Removing a contact will automatically update their opt-out status in their contact card.
Automatic opt-out behavior
When the Opt Out toggle is enabled on a contact card, that contact is automatically added to the Opt-Out List. This helps keep your records consistent and compliant.
