Add buttons to any RCS template, including single messages or carousels, to guide customers toward the next step, whether it’s calling, booking, or chatting with an AI agent.

Adding buttons
Open the Template Builder.
Add a single card or multiple cards.
Click “Add Button.”
Add a label and select a button action type.
You can add up to 4 buttons per card.
Button labels
The button label is the text that appears on the button (for example, “Book Now,” “View Details,” or “Call Us”). Keep it short and action-oriented — no more than a few words.
Button actions
Each button can perform a specific action. Choose from the following:
Select a Template - Send a predefined message or response when the button is tapped.
Trigger an Agent - Start a conversation with one of your AI agents. You’ll be prompted to select the agent you want to assign to that button.
Open a URL - Direct the user to a website or landing page (e.g., service page, booking form, or more info).
Dial a Number - Initiate a phone call directly from the message (ideal for customer support or sales lines).
View a Location - Open a specific address or location in the user’s map app.
Create a Calendar Event - Allow users to instantly add a meeting, appointment, or event to their device calendar.
