Campaign Flexibility - Send campaign messages to recipients who aren’t stored as formal contacts by manually typing in phone numbers or copying and pasting from a CSV file.

Advanced Contact Filtering - Use multi-select fields and/or specific phone number criteria to refine your lists. Add multiple filters at once, easily segmenting contacts by details such as birthdays, locations, and more, for highly targeted outreach.

Settings and Avatars: We’re always polishing design elements, so you may have noticed a rounded square avatar, clearer layouts, and updated icons.

RCS Calendar Integration & Logos:

  • Surface calendar events and actions directly within the chat flow. Select start and end times and customers can book demos or save events right to a phone’s calendar.

  • When building RCS templates, the preview now shows your company’s logo.

Voice and IVR:

  • Voicemail Detection: Our new Voicemail Detection automatically tells the difference between a live pickup and a voicemail. Learn more and see it in use here.

  • AI Voices: Head over to your inbox settings under "About Phone" to discover alternatives for AI voice.

  • IVR Prompt Management: Easily delete outdated IVR prompts directly from the UI, keeping your call flows clean and up-to-date.
