Todayh I noticed that you have created a new method for notifying new customers about their number activation by sending a text to their inbox phone number. That's pretty cool!
However, I think the body of the message is a little bit misleading, because of TCR status.
Within 15 minutes of creating a team today for a customer with four phone numbers, in partner.clerk.chat, I saw messages come into their four inboxes that said: "Congratulations, your phone number is now active!"
I immediately tried to send a text message to my mobile from one of these numbers, and it failed with the message: "Inactive campaign for the destination. Verify campaign status."
I then tried to send a text message from one of these inboxes to our main phone number, which is served by Clerk, and it did go through, because there isn't an MNO involved to reject the message.
I think it might be an improvement if you added a disclaimer to your notification message, such as:
"Congratulations! Your phone number is now active and can receive incoming text messages. However, you won't be able to send messages to mobile numbers until your campaign registration is approved. To avoid delays, please complete your company registration as soon as possible."
Thanks!
Rick
