multiple activation notices in error

Today I activated a phone number with you guys and got the activating notice, please allow 2-5 minutes. After a time I received a text saying my number was active. I returned to the site only to discover I am still stuck in “activating”. As of this minute, I have now received 5 texts indicating I’m active, but the website still claims I am not. These are coming in roughly every 10 minutes and are quickly becoming a nuisance.
