AI Memory Insights: This feature gives you unparalleled visibility into your customer conversations.
Here's what you can see:
Common Topics: Quickly understand what your customers are asking about.
Conversation Tags: See how your conversations are being categorized.
Summaries & Timelines: Get a high-level overview of a conversation's content and flow.
To enable this feature for your team and begin seeing insights, you must reach out to sales@clerk.chat. Once enabled, you can access it by visiting Analytics in the sidebar, then the Insights tab.
Send Emails from AI Agents: Add an Email node to your AI agent workflows, allowing the agent to send emails. This is especially helpful for things like automated backup notifications and summaries.
To access it, simply visit Agents, and when adding a new node, select Email and then Send Email.
